What is Visable?
Visable is a digital platform that brings classic non-fiction literature to life through custom, high-quality illustrations. We believe that visualizing complex ideas and historical narratives makes learning more engaging and memorable.
How do I read my books?
Once you purchase an illustrated book, it is added to your personal Library. You can access it anytime from your computer, tablet, or smartphone using our specialized web reader. Simply log in and click "Read Now" on any title in your library.
Can I download books for offline reading?
Currently, Visable is an online-only platform. To protect intellectual property, books are streamed directly to your browser and cannot be downloaded as PDF or EPUB files. This ensures you always see the latest, most high-quality version of the illustrations.
What happens when I buy a book?
When you buy a book, you purchase lifetime access to read that title on the Visable platform. This include all future updates! If we add more illustrations, improve the text, or fix errors, your version will be updated automatically at no extra cost.
How can I provide feedback on illustrations?
We love feedback! If you find an illustration that doesn't quite fit, or if you have suggestions for new ones, you can contact us directly. We are constantly improving our books based on user input.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processors (like Stripe) to handle all transactions. We never see or store your credit card information on our servers.
Can I get a refund?
Since our products are digital access rights, we generally do not offer refunds once a book has been accessed. However, if you have technical issues or made a purchase by mistake and haven't read the book yet, please contact our support team and we'll do our best to help.

How do I change my password?
You can change your password from your Profile page. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the Login page to receive a reset email.
How do I manage my email preferences?
Visit your Profile page to manage which notifications you receive. You can opt-in or out of new release announcements, book updates, and newsletters.
